Malakoff Humanis to acquire Sienna Gestion and Sienna Private Credit from GBL.

Malakoff Humanis, a French mutual society that specializes in supplementary pension plans, agreed to acquire Sienna Gestion, an asset management company, and Sienna Private Credit, a company which focuses on structuring and deploying debt funds, from GBL, a Belgian holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
