Lars Wingefors to acquire three Saab 2000 aircraft and Täby Air Maintenance from Erik Thun.

Lars Wingefors, a private investment company, agreed to acquire three Saab 2000 aircraft and Täby Air Maintenance, an aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) company, from Erik Thun, a sustainable Swedish partner. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TAM holds a strong market position at a time when both civil and military aviation are undergoing significant change. Through this acquisition, we strengthen our long-term ability to develop both airline operations and aircraft leasing,” Henrik Lindh, LWAB CFO.
