JP Morgan Growth Equity Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aestas.

JP Morgan Growth Equity Partners, a the technology and consumer-focused late-stage venture and growth equity investment arm of JP Morgan Private Capital, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aestas, an OpenAI-affiliated entity set up as an employee equity-holding company, whose sole member is Aestas Management Company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
