Statech completed the acquisition of Sico Rent Group.

Statech, a company that specializes in the sales, rental, service, and training of aerial work platforms, completed the acquisition of Sico Rent Group, a Czech company specializing in the rental of work platforms and construction machinery. Financial terms were not disclosed.
