SNVA EduTech completed the acquisition of Six Phrase, Edureka and Veranda Higher Ed from Veranda Learning Solutions.

SNVA EduTech, a global education and skilling enterprise, completed the acquisition of Six Phrase, an educational institution, which specialises in employability training and skill development, Brain4ce Education Solutions, an India‑based education company best known for operating the online learning platform Edureka, and Veranda Higher Ed, a higher education company, from Veranda Learning Solutions, an education company which offers a wide range of training programs for competitive exam preparation. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will be completed through a share-swap arrangement, under which Veranda and its subsidiary will hold a joint 50% stake in SNVA EduTech.
