Dr. Zvi Marom completed the acquisition of AMS 2000 Trading Impex from BATM for £17.6m.

Dr. Zvi Marom, founder and a non-executive director of BATM, completed the acquisition of AMS 2000 Trading Impex, an authorised importer and distributor in the Romanian market of diagnostic laboratory equipment, from BATM Advanced Communications, an enterprise specialising in cybersecurity, telecommunication networking and medical diagnostics, for £17.6m. “The sale of AMS marks a significant milestone in our strategy to become a streamlined, high-growth business. It is quite an achievement that this is our fourth disposal within less than a year – and our largest to date – and we continue to make progress with respect to exiting other non-core assets.
