MVI-backed Nestit Group, a provider of IT and office solution services, completed the acquisition of EdgeIT, a company specializing in IT infrastructure and IT security services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining the Nestit Group gives us the opportunity to grow further while maintaining a local focus, while offering our customers access to more services and broader expertise," Martin Andersson, EdgeIT CEO.
