Gamut Capital-backed Davis-Standard, an extrusion and converting systems manufacturer, agreed to acquire FB Balzanelli, an Italian provider of automatic coiling and packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome FB Balzanelli to the Davis-Standard family of brands.
