Macquarie Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in UniHomes from LDC.

Macquarie Capital, a financing and principal investing arm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in UniHomes, a UK-based student accommodation advertising and marketplace platform, from LDC, a private equity investor focused on supporting management teams of growing mid-market businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “UniHomes’ growth journey so far has been remarkable, and in the last two years, its management team has shown what can be achieved with a great business idea, hard work, and the right partners, and has grown a national success story.
