ASG Eye Hospital, a super-specialty eye-care chain, completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Bavishi Eye Hospitals, an ophthalmology service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The launch in Ahmedabad is another step forward in our mission to make advanced eye care accessible to every community.
