Sweco to acquire Fimpec Group from Helmet Capital.

Sweco, an architecture and engineering consultancy, agreed to acquire Fimpec Group, a consulting, engineering, and project management company, from Helmet Capital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together with Sweco, Fimpec has the opportunity to further develop and grow its business and key areas of expertise as part of a multidisciplinary and stable company,” Sampo Ahonen, Fimpec Group Chairman of the Board.
