Sweco completed the acquisition of Fimpec Group from Helmet Capital.

Sweco, an architecture and engineering consultancy, completed the acquisition of Fimpec Group, a Finnish consulting, engineering, and project management company, from Helmet Capital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together, we can offer our clients first-class project execution and design expertise as well as comprehensive services for the implementation of even the most demanding projects,” Thomas Hietto, Sweco CEO.
