GenNx360 Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Heartland Business Systems from A&M Capital.

GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in middle market services companies, completed the acquisition of Heartland Business Systems, a technology company engaged in providing IT consulting, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions, from A&M Capital, a multi-strategy private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the partnership with HBS as it represents a strong platform primed for growth.
