Bechtle completed the acquisition of Nuovamacut Automazione from TeamSystem.

Bechtle, a company that provides strategic IT consultancy services, completed the acquisition of Nuovamacut Automazione, a company that provides CAD 3D, PDM/PLM solutions, and 3D printers from TeamSystem, a company that develops and distributes management software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, we are significantly strengthening our position in the European PLM market.
