Newmark Group completed the acquisition of RealFoundations.

Newmark Group, a company which operates as a commercial real estate advisory firm, completed the acquisition of RealFoundations, a global professional services firm focused on the real estate industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of RealFoundations strengthens Newmark's position as a leading global provider of investor and occupier solutions, advancing our goal to grow recurring Management Services and Servicing revenue to more than $2bn by 2029," Barry Gosin, Newmark Group CEO.
