Tacton to acquire Variantum and Serenytics.

Tacton, a Swedish software company engaged in providing cloud-based configure–price–quote and product lifecycle management solutions, agreed to acquire Variantum, a Finnish software company engaged in developing cloud-based product configuration and digital product management solutions, and Serenytics, a French data analytics company engaged in providing a cloud-based platform for data integration, automation, and visualization.
