Student Transportation of America, a company that operates over 22k vehicles across the US and Canada, offering safe and reliable transportation services to schools, completed the acquisition of Universal Transportation Systems, a student transportation provider in Ohio, providing a mix of general education, special education and charter services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
