Aterion completed the acquisition of Verkonrakentaja Wire.

Aterion, an infrastructure service intended to serve electricity network, completed the acquisition of Verkonrakentaja Wire, a network construction service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition Aterion enters Finland and strengthens its Nordic platform for power-related services. Verkonrakentaja Wire’s long track record and presence across the country provide an excellent foundation as we grow our offering to our customers,” Eric Johansson, Aterion Group CEO.
