Sterling Investment Partners backed-Verdantas, a Tampa-based provider of digitally enabled technical consulting solutions for the environment, water, and energy transition markets, completed the acquisition of Colibri Ecological Consulting, a California-based ecological consulting firm specializing in ecological planning, regulatory permitting, and field surveys.
