Sodero and InnovaFonds completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Médipréma from Naxicap Partners.

Sodero, a private equity firm, and InnovaFonds, an independent asset management company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Médipréma, a provider of neonatal care equipment and consumables, from Naxicap Partners, a private equity investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to welcome InnovaFonds and Sodero as trusted partners.
