Keensight Capital-backed Nomios completed the acquisition of Intragen from FPE.

Keensight Capital-backed Nomios, a Paris-based cybersecurity services provider, completed the acquisition of Intragen, a European expert in digital identity and access management with operations across the UK, Finland, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, and Sweden from FPE, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Nomios represents a tremendous opportunity for Intragen, our employees, and our clients.
