Ascopiave, Erogasmet, GP Infrastrutture, Plures, Estra and Centria completed the acquisition of distribution assets in 12 Atems of Italgas for €253.1m.

Ascopiave, a natural gas distributor, Erogasmet, a company which specialises in natural gas plants, GP Infrastrutture, an Italian company specialising in the distribution, maintenance and assistance of natural gas networks and systems, Plures, a Tuscan multi‑utility group providing integrated public services across environment, water and energy, Estra, a distributior of liquefied petroleum and natural gases, and Centria, a company that provides energy services, completed the acquisition of distribution assets in 12 Atems of Italgas, an operator for natural gas distribution in Italy and Greece, for €253.1m.
