TMF Group completed the acquisition of Nordgain from Noewe.

TMF Group, a provider of compliance, administrative, and financial services, completed the acquisition of Nordgain, a provider of finance, accounting, tax compliance, and HR and payroll services, from Noewe, a Lithuanian-based, integrated professional services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisition of Nordgain is a key step in strengthening TMF Group’s global footprint, adding three jurisdictions to our portfolio and expanding into the Baltics. By increasing our local presence in key countries, we’re uniquely positioned to continue delivering in-depth local expertise combined with strong international outreach," Joanna Romanczuk, TMF Group Head of Northern Europe.
