Azzura Capital-backed Lucart to acquire a 70% stake in Cartindustria Eurocarta.

Azzura Capital-backed Lucart, a multinational company operating in the paper sector, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Cartindustria Eurocarta, a company which specialises in the transformation of tissue paper products for the professional market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another important step in Lucart's growth path as the European leader in the Away-from-Home channel for tissue papers.
