Waterland Private Equity-backed SIDG completed the acquisition of Deimos.

Waterland Private Equity-backed SIDG, a strategic alliance of autonomous specialty-ingredient distribution companies, completed the acquisition of Deimos, a distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals serving life sciences and selected industrial markets.
