Guala Closures completed the acquisition of Metal Crowns.

Guala Closures, a designer and manufacturer of premium closures for spirits, wine, and other beverages, completed the acquisition of Metal Crowns, a producer of crown caps and plastic closures for the bottling market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition marks a major milestone in our global growth strategy. By combining our international expertise with Metal Crowns’ local strength, we aim to build a solid platform to drive sustainable growth and innovation across the region.
