Pangea completed the acquisition of Milarex from Summa Equity.

Pangea, a Norwegian industrial investment company, completed the acquisition of Milarex, an international seafood company, from Summa Equity, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Milarex thanks Summa Equity for its support since 2018, which enabled the company’s transformation from a start-up into a leading player in salmon. We now look ahead to the next chapter, where—together with Pangea—we will continue our commitment to serving customers and consumers globally with safe and sustainable salmon," Thomas Farstad, Milarex CEO.
