Excellence Education Investment, an investment company, agreed to acquire Bright Scholar, a holding company, for $18m. The transaction will result in Bright Scholar becoming a privately held company, allowing the Buyer Group to assume full ownership and potentially pursue strategic, financial, and operational flexibility outside the public markets.
