Alten, a French engineering firm, completed the acquisition of Corus Systems & Consulting, a technology consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. For Alten, this acquisition reinforces its expansion in Spain, where it already operates in more than 30 countries, with offices in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valladolid, Pamplona, Cádiz and Seville, and a workforce of over 5k employees. The company focuses on technological innovation and the development of complex projects for its clients.
