BaltCap, a private equity and venture capital investor, completed the acquisition of the Baltic children’s book and magazine publishing division of Egmont, a diversified media and entertainment conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens the group’s publishing capabilities with a focused expansion in children’s content—one of the platform’s core strategic themes. The combined portfolio will continue to bring globally recognized characters and stories to readers across the region, maintaining cooperation with leading IP licensors including Disney, Marvel, Mattel, Hasbro, Paramount, and others.
