JTL-Software completed the acquisition of FFN Connect.

JTL-Software, a software company, completed the acquisition of FFN Connect, a provider of an all-in-one e-commerce connector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of FFN Connect gives both our fulfillment partners and retailers greater flexibility. Fulfillment service providers in the JTL network can now also connect retailers on the most popular platforms. Conversely, retailers without JTL solutions gain access to professional logistics services without having to change their existing system landscape," Sebastian Evers, JTL-Software CEO.
