Graham Partners-backed DecisionPoint, which provides enterprise mobility solutions, completed the acquisition of Imprint Enterprises, a provider of barcode, RFID, and mobility solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver innovative and scalable solutions while maintaining the trusted relationships our customers have come to expect from us.
