Guala Closures to acquire Kunststoffwerk Kremsmünster.

Guala Closures, a designer and manufacturer of premium closures for spirits, wine, and other beverages, agreed to acquire Kunststoffwerk Kremsmünster, a manufacturer of plastic caps & closures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our strategic vision to expand into high-value, robust sectors.
