LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme to acquire Renaissance Lakewood from RoundTable Healthcare Partners.

LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme, a pharmaceutical technology company specializing in innovative drug delivery systems, agreed to acquire Renaissance Lakewood, a US-based contract development and manufacturing organization focused on nasal sprays and sterile dosage forms, from RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm.
