GreenArrow completed the acquisition of Earthbound Electric.

GreenArrow, a provider of transportation electrical services, completed the acquisition of Earthbound Electric, a regional operator of traffic signal, streetlight and intelligent transportation system services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Integrating Earthbound with our existing California operations significantly expands our coverage across the state and demonstrates our ‘Land and Expand’ strategy in action. With this acquisition—and those to come—our goal is to be the go‑to solution provider that can support 100% of California’s transportation electrical needs,” Lloyd Kuehn, GreenArrow CEO.
