Serent Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm, completed an investment in Edulog, a provider of K–12 student transportation technology, offering modern, cloud‑based solutions that include routing optimization, GPS tracking, parent and driver portals, and advanced analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our mission is to help school districts make the most of their resources.
