I Squared Capital to acquire Liberty Tire Recycling from Energy Capital Partners.

I Squared Capital, an independent global infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire Liberty Tire Recycling, a tire recycling platform, from Energy Capital Partners, an investment firm in the energy transition infrastructure sector.
