Veritiv completed the acquisition of Packaging Solutions.

Veritiv, a global provider of specialty packaging, facility solutions, and print products, completed the acquisition of Packaging Solutions, a supplier of custom packaging solutions in Southern California. Financial terms were not disclosed.
