Malibu Life to acquire TruSpire from Mutual of America Life Insurance.

Malibu Life, a licensed life and annuity reinsurer, agreed to acquire TruSpire, a provider of life and retirement insurance solutions, from Mutual of America Life Insurance, a retirement services provider.
