ARCHIMED completed the acquisition of DermaPharm.

ARCHIMED, a private equity healthcare specialist, completed the acquisition of DermaPharm, a Danish company specializing in the development and manufacture of suncare, skincare, and haircare products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With ARCHIMED, we gain the opportunity to grow and develop even further. They can help us open more doors to international markets, and we’ll be able to exchange knowledge across the ARCHIMED group.
