KPIT Technologies, a software-defined vehicle development company, completed the acquisition of an additional 62.9% stake in N-Dream, an in-car experience company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “N-Dream’s creativity and technology perfectly complement KPIT’s roadmap for next-generation mobility.
