RES Canada, an integrated developer and constructor of renewable energy assets, completed the acquisition of Pattern Renewable Holdings Canada 2, a company focused on large-scale wind and green fuel. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the acquisition, RES took control of the Lanfine Wind project assets. This aligns with RES's goal to be the dominant EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and long-term operator in the Alberta "Special Areas," where renewable growth is concentrated.
