S&P Global to acquire With Intelligence from Motive Partners for $1.8bn.

S&P Global, a financial intelligence provider, agreed to acquire With Intelligence, a private markets data, insights, and analytics provider, from Motive Partners, a private investment firm, for $1.8bn.
