S&P Global completed the acquisition of With Intelligence from Motive Partners for $1.8bn.

S&P Global, a financial intelligence provider, completed the acquisition of With Intelligence, a private markets data, insights, and analytics provider, from Motive Partners, a private investment firm, for $1.8bn. "With Intelligence's deep expertise in alternative investments complements our existing capabilities, enabling S&P Global to help our customers make valuable decisions at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
