Creative Realities, a US-based company that provides digital signage software, media technology, and solutions, completed the acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media, a digital place-based media business providing digital signage, media sales, and experiential marketing services, from Cineplex, a Canadian entertainment and media company that operates movie theatres, amusement venues, and related media businesses, for CAD70m. “This is truly a significant day for Creative Realities, as we more than double the size of the Company, accelerate our growth trajectory, and set the stage for increased shareholder returns in the years ahead,” Rick Mills, Creative Realities Chairman and CEO.
