Lightspeed Venture Partners-backed Buildots, a construction-technology company specializing in AI and computer-vision driven on-site progress tracking, completed the acquisition of Genda, a workforce and safety management platform built for general contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents the next milestone on the industry's journey toward operational excellence.
