ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Kentix.

ASSA ABLOY, a firm that develops, designs, and manufactures a complete range of door opening solutions, completed the acquisition of Kentix, a German designer and manufacturer of monitoring and access control products for datacenters. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am delighted that Kentix will join the EMEIA Division.
