Matterhorn Telecom-backed Salt Mobile to acquire Monaco Telecom.

Matterhorn Telecom-backed Salt Mobile, a telecommunications provider, agreed to acquire Monaco Telecom, a provider of telecommunications services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is financed through a €550m aggregate principal amount of 3.875% senior secured notes due 2030 and a €130m term loan B3 facility.
