SL Green, a Manhattan’s largest office landlord, completed the acquisition of Park Avenue Tower in New York from Blackstone, an alternative asset manager, for $730m. “Closing on Park Avenue Tower with best-in-class financing fortifies our substantial presence on Park Avenue, the strongest office submarket in the country.
