Cumming Group completed the merger with Seneca Group.

Cumming Group, an international project management and cost consulting firm, completed the merger with Seneca Group, a real estate advisory and development management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger brings more than 70 Seneca Group professionals into Cumming Group, expanding the Pacific Northwest team to nearly 230 members and increasing Cumming Group’s teammember count to 2,850. This enhanced regional and international presence strengthens Cumming Group’s ability to serve blue-chip clients with deeper local expertise, backed by the firm’s full suite of project management, cost consulting, and advisory services.
