Marengo Asia Hospitals, a multi-specialty Indian hospital network, completed the acquisition of a 64% stake in Sunshine Global Hospitals, a unit of Baroda Medicare Private Limited that provides comprehensive 24/7 healthcare solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed "As we expand our presence in Western India, we are excited to enter 2 prominent cities of Vadodara and Surat and bring in our advanced tertiary and quaternary care expertise to the people of these cities and nearby areas," Raajiv Singhal, Marengo Asia Hospitals Founding Member, Managing Director and Group CEO.
